Resumo: The High School is a school located in Poland. The school is located in close proximity to a nice place to seat and enjoy the view of old and historical buildings. However, apart from undoubtedly beautiful architecture and surroundings, that area is also the center of many cultural and international events as well as educational and cultural institutions. This is a school with a 100-year-old tradition. As a result, the school’s mission is rooted in patriotism and multiculturalism. Although the school is very old, its principals and staff like to be up to date with educational and cultural issues. Consequently, the school is in constant cooperation with local cultural and educational institutions like theaters, museums, universities and voluntary organizations. Thanks to which it is able to offer its students a wide variety of educational opportunities such as: participation in renowned competitions, projects and conferences. Inside the school, students may also take advantage of various annual events or extra curricular activities like sports club or school voluntary club.

Our school offers comprehensive education to about 600 students (aged 16-19). The school staff consists of 45 teachers, the most numerous of whom are language teachers of English, Spanish, French, German and Russian. Many school events are organized in the field of multiculturalism in order to emphasize the importance of cultural diversity and knowledge of foreign languages. We would like to develop and expand the variety of educational and multicultural activities our students could benefit from.

That is why, we would love to invite people who enjoy working with teenagers and are into educational and cultural issues (inside and outside the school). So, if you have any experience in working with children or you feel like you could enjoy this, and you may have some arts interests (theater, film, crafts, literature, etc.) we sincerely invite you to become a member of our school community.

Your active presence at school may help us and You may also benefit by:
- developing your own interpersonal communication competence through team work
- learning how to plan, prepare and implement educational and cultural projects or events
- gaining experience participating in various voluntary actions (inside and outside school)
- learning Polish language
- sharing and expanding your knowledge and experience among teachers, educators and representatives of important cultural institutions in the city.

These suggestions are fully flexible according to your skills, competence, experience or ideas. We would like to give you freedom in implementing your own ideas – perhaps making your own workshops of culture, languages or any other hobbies which could be interesting for students or teachers.
