Resumo: The hosting Association is an NGO We aim to raise awareness on the environment and social impact of our everyday lifestyle and consumption.

We organize different activities for understanding better our challenges and finding solutions for the present and future situations. We offer from theoretical debates to very practical workshops such as permaculture, organic gardening, green household, zero food waste and packing options. We also do community building activities with local youngsters and adults.

Perfil: We have no preference for gender, age or previous experience. We appreciate interest in ecologically conscious life and willingness to experience it and share your passion about it. Basic level of English (and willingness to improve) is necessary, also openness to work in teams, being respectful and tolerant towards other cultures and attitudes.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: You will be supporting our team taking part in organizing and realizing workshops, field visits, gardening activities. Creating posters and different visuals. Taking part in different community activities, festivals, language support for socially disadvantaged youngster. You are very welcome to implement your own projects related to one of our main topics.

You can experience rural and natural life in a village as well as have the possibility to travel to Budapest.

Horário: You will be volunteering 30 hours per week, sometimes weekends are included. Online and face to face language support are provided.

Condições: Accommodation: In a shared house, 2 volunteers per rooms, big living room and shared kitchen and bathrooms. The house has a quite large garden that provides delicious and organic veggies for the volunteers. The cost of the rent and utilities are covered by the hosting organization.

Transportation: In the village, we provide bikes for volunteers for easier transport as many people cycle there. In the case of transportation to Budapest, if it is related to volunteer activities, the organization covers, in other case volunteers need to cover.

Allowances: 150 EUR pocket money and 130 EUR food allowance per months.
