Resumo: The hosting organization is a nonprofit and nonpolitical organization, founded in 2016, which has as main purpose to support the development of responsible and active communities in terms of social issues, education, culture, economy and ecology by:

- Promoting interregional, national and transnational cooperation on the topic of European youth mobility and volunteering support;
- organizing and conducting volunteering activities;
- developing and implementing local, national and international founded projects;
organizing and conducting practical activities and programs relating to: culture, education, sport or civic and leisure programs;
developing projects and partnerships to support insertion into the labor market for different categories of disadvantaged people people from rural areas, post-institutionalized youth, - people with disabilities, unemployed, young people, women, single-parent families, children who dropped out of school prematurely, from the rural area or subsistence economy, Roma people and other disadvantaged groups - without employment or without professional qualification;
Promoting the values related to equality and tolerance for all people, supporting the fight against social exclusion of persons in groups at high risk of social marginalization (unemployed, without income or low-income families with many children, single parent families, Rroma people, disabled and other marginalized);
- Environmental protection, of natural ecosystems, preservation and protection of natural, historical, cultural and traditional values, awareness of the local community, including young generations, on the issues raised by environmental protection and sustainable tourism;
- Promoting the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection, raising awareness of their importance within the community;
- Promoting, protecting, restorating and introducing in the touristic circuit of archaeological sites as well as other local, regional or national elements of touristic potential;
- Organization and development of children's education programs based on different institutional development projects; developing of a personalized curriculum based on children's interests and skills;
Promoting partnership with various actors at local, regional, national and international level in the interest of developing projects useful to the target groups of the association and community development in general;
- Raising public awareness about the specific problems of disadvantaged social groups by all available means;
- Supporting the access to education and culture among disadvantaged people aiming personal development of individuals and their awareness about social values,
- Protecting health through sports and through a healthy diet;
- Supporting the active participation in decision-making and public policy at local, regional and national level in terms of solving social, economical, cultural, spiritual community problems;
- Promoting local crafts, arts, cultural and architectural traditions:
Improving the quality of human resources and supporting access to lifelong learning through vocational training and personal development, especially for people at high risk of social marginalization;
- Collaborating with other groups of professionals in the field or connected fields (NGOs, public institutions, etc.), from Romania or abroad, by the virtue of Associations goal.

The organization’s way of functioning and organizing rely on the principles of: initiative, involvement and cooperation, volunteerism, respect and mutual support, transparency, fairness, competition, accountability, principledness, equality and legality.

During the period of its activity, The organization has developed a system of international relations with European organizations, experienced in the implementation of Erasmus + projects. The hosting activity led to the approval of 4 Erasmus + projects as beneficiary and coordinator (1 completed, 3 in progress), involving 162 young people from Europe, and 1 Erasmus+ project as co-beneficiary.

The hosting organization activity has led to an increase in the level of interest and involvement in volunteer actions at local level, the Municipality and regional level. This has generated an increased interest in Erasmus + programs, with 126 members active in the organization, 110 of whom have shown interest in participating in EVS projects as volunteers abroad, for personal and community development, in order to acquir relevant experiences and implement it at the level of their own communities in Romania.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The project has as topics promoting volunteering, entreprenorship and inclusion. The activities will take place generally in schools or other learning institutions.
