Resumo: The organisation is a House for Young workers. Therefore is main goal is to provide accommodation to young people between 16 and 25 years old and facing difficulties to get an accommodation, and consequently, in a situation of social and professional inclusion. The organization manages several apartment blocks. The organization does not provide only accommodation to young people. They also offers various supports for the inclusion of young people: trainings, educative workshops, social driving school, and employment and mobility guidance.The volunteer will be hosted in the organization´s House, which is one of the houses managed by the organization. Around 70 youngsters live in the House. The volunteer will be a member of the educative team of the House.

Perfil: The volunteer should be outgoing and dynamic. He/She should have good relations sense and able to take initiatives. He should be interested to lead sport or cultural activities. He should have good communication skills in English and knowledge of French would be interesting to make easier his integration. The volunteer has to live in a country taking part in EVS.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The role of the volunteer will be providing a daily support and another type of listen to the youngsters. The goal is to provide a peer to peer support and raise the interest to foreign culture inside the House. The volunteer will take part in the leisure and educative time as well as different workshops.

Condições: The volunteer will live in his own flat with kitchen and bathroom. The flat belongs to the organsiation but the volunteer will work with young people living in other houses. The volunteer will receive money for food and local transport.
