Volunteers profile for CRIJ Host project
The host project that CRIJ intend to set up is planned for two volunteers.
Throughout the selection process, CRIJ will try to find young people expressing a real interest in the European project of CRIJ and a strong willingness to feel useful. No specific degree or training will be required. However CRIJ will especially have a careful look on some human qualities like openmin, respect to culmtural diversity, willingness of developping ones communication skills, interests in exchanges and work towards young people…

Tarefas: Achieving those tasks, the volunteer will gain a lot of skills. Of course, if he is not French native speaker, he will get language skills. Moreover he will have the opportunity to :
- learn how a house for young workers and a social house for young people work. Take part in the setting up of projects of mobility for young people;
- gain skills in the field of creation of projects for young people;develop skills to work in a team;
- enrich its human experience by living and working in a heterogeanous environment; that is to say with young people coming from different soical origin;
- get skills to lead workshops;
- develop capacity to be flexible, creativity and other useful qualities for further professional life such patience, attentiveness, perseverance.
- live an intercultural learning

Formação: According to the tasks, volunteers will have the opportunity to develop their capacity to work as a team, initiative and capacity to run workshops.
They will find out works methods in the field of Youth information : project management, communication, non-formal education…
They will also have the opportunity to increase their knowledge on different themes like European citizenship, health, employment, professional training, solidarity,…

They will learn how works a non governemental organisation in France (terms, duties, missions,…) as well as the work on the field with its different partners.
They wll hve the opportunity to improve their French skills with maybe classes provided by local organisation.
Finally we wish also that their experience will allow them to gain self-confidence, initiative and maturity.
They will have the opportunity to assert those learnings by writing Youthpass at the end of their stay.
