Resumo: The Association is an NGO realizing projects in the city and also in the countryside. We aim to raise awareness on the environment and social impact of our everyday lifestyle and consumption. We organize different activities for understanding better our challenges and finding solutions for the present and future situations.

We offer from theoretical debates to very practical workshops such as organic food growing in the city, food sovereignty, healthy, seasonal cooking and natural preserving, zero food waste and packing options. We run an organic food shop and a catering service to promote local, seasonal food alternatives for people living in urban settlements.

Perfil: We have no preference for gender, age or previous experience. We appreciate interest in ecologically conscious life and willingness to experience it and share your passion about it. Basic level of English (and willingness to improve) is necessary, also openness to work in teams, being respectful and tolerant towards other cultures and attitudes.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: You will be supporting our team in Budapest, taking part in organizing and realizing workshops, field visits, cooking, community gardening activities. Creating posters and various visuals. Taking part in different community activities, festivals and colourful events.

You are very welcome to implement your own projects related to one of our main topics. You can experience urban life as well as having the possibility to visit our countryside project as well.

Horário: You will be volunteering 30 hours per week, sometimes weekends are included.

Condições: Online and face to face language support are provided.

Accommodation: In a rented apartment in the center 2 volunteers per rooms, living room and shared kitchen and bathrooms. The cost of the rent and utilities are covered by the hosting organization.

Transportation: You will be provided with a monthly pass that can be used in all public transport in the city.

Allowances: 150 EUR pocket money and 130 EUR food allowance per months.

Travel costs for events connected to the volunteers' task will be covered by the hosting organization.
