Resumo: Permaculture is an ecological design system that consists of ethics and principles that can be applied in aspects of life from land and food production, to economics, health and education. From the point of view of our organization, as well as many organizations in the field of human development, the tools offered by permaculture can function as a solution to environmental and social problems and to work in communities. A key issue of permaculture, and what we want to convey among other practical skills with this activity of ESC is good design, and during the months in the organization we will put into practice good design of physical elements in the demonstration site (such as orchards, greenhouse) but also good design of the community in which we live and the support networks that we create. We want to develop high quality educational content to share the functional models in the organization on the web and also participate in projects and activities in networks, such as Youth in Permaculture, on a local, national and international scale.
