Resumo: The kindergarten is situated at the border of the river in the family friendly part. The kindergarten was newly built in 2010. Already the architectural stile with wood - reflects our nature pedagogical concept. The kindergarten welcomes 90 children aged 3-6 years in 5 groups of 18 children. The children can use the 5 group rooms with nice relaxing areas on the second floor, a room for sports and other activities, an atelier and a children kitchen. Outside there is a nice area with old trees, different play instruments, sand, different places to seat and a big terrasse which invites to play outside. Children can start in this kindergarten within their third year of life. The opening hours are from 7-17. Since 2017 the kindergarten has the capacity to take as well children with special needs. The kindergarten belongs to FAIRbund e.V.

Tarefas: Activities with the children

Condições: Normally all the volunteers are living in shared flats, have their own room - but share kitchen and bathroom with 3 others volunteers. Food money will be paid out to you as well as money to buy the local transportation monthly ticket or you just buy a bike. Leipzig is a very nice city to ride a bike. If you wish we can as well try to organize a host family.
