Resumo: The Complex is equipped with a gym, a new playground, a computer lab, a library and a reading room at the school. Three classrooms are equipped with the interactive whiteboards, the Art classroom and the Biology classroom have projectors with PC computers. The pupils learn English (in a newly-equipped language laboratory), Russian as obligatory languages and Belorussian as facultative language. The school has long – established traditions, the most significant being:
The School Day, the festive traditions with the character of the regional traditions ( also related with the Belarusian Minority), family meetings and family feasts.

The main aim of the school is also to over education for everyone and for free. Most of afternoon activities have free entrance and are open for all who is interested. In the school there are additional "clubs" for non-formal educational activities, like for instance: volunteering club, the theatre group, the club for movies, different sport groups, language clubs and group of scouts. The school also cooperates very close with local institutions and NGOs from the village and surroundings: Within the project "high school academy of key competencies' school cooperated for example with a law company. Besides, the school actively cooperates with the Forest District in field of outdoor and nature education and the local House of Culture.

Perfil: • skills in graphic design and making movies/ videos, taking photos, Someone flexible, who likes office work, but also move around when it is needed Someone who is able to manage his/her own time and is focused on tasks
• He/ she should be open to live in a small village (3000 inhabitants). The next big city is far 40 km and can be reached by local busses.
• The volunteer should be interested in work with kids and youth and need to have the ability to take initiative;

Tarefas: The hosting is searching for someone who is active, independent and creative to support our local and international activities. proposed tasks are the following:
- organizing/or support events (logistic and content) in local community particularly for kids, youngsters and other volunteers
- taking care of promotion, creating interesting materials (videos and photos), finding new ways of promoting Erasmus+, the organization and European Solidarity Corps,
- assisting in office work (especial correspondence, public relations, updating of our homepage and local web-forum, edition of newsletter, creation of posters and information sheets etc.
- organization of outdoor activities for children (in summer camps, forest activities or on playground, animation of cultural weeks during summer holidays)
- Conducting "European workshop" in school, kindergarten and therapy center for disabled people,

Condições: The life condition in Michalowo will be simple (for instance wooden houses heated by stove), so the volunteer should be sure that he/ she want to live in those simple conditions. The offer accommodation is in a nice and quiet environment, near nature.
