Resumo: The hosting organization is NGO founded by experienced members of the association with more than 16 years experiences working with young people. The inspiration to create a new branch was the growing number of activities carried out in the Region and willingness to establish closer cooperation with the local community.

We are focused on international work with young people, including youth exchanges, voluntary service, youth initiatives, international internships, global and democratic education. Our activities are related to the three leading themes:
1. The development of the education system and adaptation to the needs of the labour market
2. The development of democracy and social participation
3. The development of intercultural cooperation, volunteering and community involvement
The main aims of the Foundation are:
• To increase skills and competences through international mobility;
• To promote international cooperation and understanding between young people from different countries and cultures;
• To foster young people to civic participation;
• To provide young people with the opportunity to gain international experience for their personal and professional development;
• To make young people aware of their cultural heritage, as the base of their awareness;
• To promote the idea of volunteering - local and international, as a way towards active citizenship;
• To encourage involvement of young people in cultural initiatives

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The EVS coordinator will carry out activities together with the international group of EVS and local volunteers. Much of the work, a volunteer will be doing, is to encourage young people to participate in civic life as well as to develop their personality and European identity. She/he will take part in the following activities: preparing, implementing and evaluating of local cultural projects, promoting culture of the origin country of the volunteer by organizing and leading intercultural workshops with kids, teens, adults , updating and running website of activity, organizing and implementing of „English conversation clubs, let's speak English”.

creating own projects: (depending on the interests and abilities of the volunteer she/he will have the opportunity to develop a project by herself/himself) New ideas are always welcome! participating and organizing events, campaigns and other activities we creating together, taking part in EVS promoting projects, running workshops in schools on the topic of human rights, tolerance and intercultural dialogue, participating and helping in daily office work run by the hosting organization.
