Resumo: The host organization is an organisation established by people who are willing to unite their efforts in strengthening the civil society in Bulgaria by participating in the local self-governance and in the process of decision-taking, by influencing the socio-economic development of the country and the region, by supporting disadvantaged groups and people, by developing education and culture, by creating equal opportunities and ethnic integration, by testing and introducing best practices in the above mentioned fields.Among the members of the association there are people with extensive experience in developing and implementing national and international projects financed by diverse programmes.

The project will be upgrade of a previous projects implemented by the association. The project will host 24 volunteers from programme (16 volunteers) and partner countries (8 volunteers) in different six-months and twelve-months periods which will carry out their voluntary activities in the territory of the Municipality, Bulgaria in the frame of 24 months. The project envisage 4 six months period in which will take part 5 volunteers from programme and partner countries in each period and 2 twelve months periods in which 2 volunteers from programme countries will participate in each period and who will support the activities of the other groups. For the realisation of the foreseen activities and aims of the project the association is planning to work with partners from programme and partner countries as each organisation will send 1 volunteer for each period and that's how each group of volunteers will consist of mixed cultures and nationalities.

Perfil: The volunteers have to be between 18-30 years old, they have to speak english and of course to looking for some new adventure in their daily life. They have to be motivated to learn another language and another culture. The task of the volunteers will be to organize attractive activities for the school students and children from the region using non-formal learning methods as well as interactive clubs and classes which will attract the other part of the local community.

Tarefas: o Development of extracurricular activities for kids and students

o Support in organising youth activities and youth campaigns within the frame of the project.

o Organising different activities for the local community

o Administration tasks and communication with national and international partners (administrative work)

o Work with young people from the region - volunteers from the organization, students, etc. including field work with volunteers and organizing public events and activities (field work with youngsters)

o Cultural activities, events and initiatives that strengthen and encourage the intercultural dialogue and give positive input to local values and enrich volunteer perceptions and culture (cultural work)

o Social activities, help and support to people with physical and mental disabilities from the region (social work)

o Contact and work with conventional and social media for promotion of youth activities and projects of the organization (PR, informational and promotional activities)

o Developing multimedia products and web-design related to the project and the organisation

o Develop promotional and informational materials related to the project.

Condições: Accommodation, food and pocket money are covered by the Erasmus + programme and travel costs are according to the distance calculator of European commission.
