Resumo: The hosting organization is an informal educational program that serves youngsters between the ages of 15 and 25 years who dropped out of the educational system. The mains goal of the program is to motivate the young people to either continue education or pursue and obtain employment. The program enables the participants to gain different competences and skills through many informal forms of learning.

The programme included three trained expert mentors and numerous external collaborators who join the progarm in accordance with the current project activities. The usual characteristics of youngsters invlved in the program ar lack of motivation, alcohol and drug abuse, conflict behavior in the school system, health issues, backgrounds of traumatic family experiences and escapism.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will be well and fairly included in the working team and as such they will have an opportunity to show and improve their own abilities, develop their sense of initiative, gain new skills and gain new knowledge through organizing and realizing different activities (workshops, courses, individual support, sports, games, plays, presentations, lectures). At the same time, they will become familiar with the theory of preventing work with youngsters and within the social care system in Slovenia. Volunteers will also have an opportunity to realize projects within other local partner organizations in order to strengthen their involvement in the local society.
