Resumo: The coordinating organization is a non-governmental organization, working on local, regional and international level. We actively participate in development of our region and promote the civil and social activity among inhabitants. We act to promote the intercultural exchange and dialog between different cultures and people from different cultural and social ground. Our target groups are: mainly kids and youth, but also their parents, teachers, youht workers, youth leaders and also seniors. We cooperate very close with: local house of culture, local Kindergarden, Primary and Secondary School, Hospice Foundation of Oncology in our community and other public institutions like also with a lot of other institutions and NGO's from our region.Main aims of our activities are: creation of conditions for the international understanding, rising the public and social involvement, dissemination of the idea of national and international voluntary service, promotion of the cultural diversity, active work in ecology and environmental protection sector, taking actions against unemployment and social exclusion. Furthermore we want to promote active leisure time and healthy lifestyle. We want to contribute to the development of openness and tolerance among people of our community, especially the young and children, but also between different generations.Our regular activities are:
- We arrange international youth exchanges, international summer work camps, regional seminars about Youth in action program and workshops for youth leader about project management;
- Other fields of our work are: preparing, sending, hosting and accompanying volunteers and trainees; animation of the cultural live by preparing trainings, educational-seminars, cultural parties; activities in field of heritage protection (like for instance renovation works on old Jewish or German cemeteries in our region); organization of meetings with young people to create the leisure-time-activity, to discuss the present problems and future and to argue about "anti-alien-feeling" and stereotypes;
- Since 2011 we are very active in new programs about non-formal education in fields of: active citizienship, youth participation in democracy, global education, sustainable development, and environmental and ecological education.

Perfil: We would like to host a volunteer willing to live and act in a small community. Open to multiculturalism and willing to work with children, youth and seniors. A person with creative ideas to stimulate young people to work for their own benefit. A person with specific interests and passions. We are open to volunteers from European countries.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Proposed areas of volunteer activities:
- volunteer will be asked to include global education activities inside of the school (it will include workshops for children, preparing events and materials)
- Organizing different kinds of activities for youth after school (depends on your interest - propose us what that could be!)
- Close cooperation with Cultural Center (organizing language courses and intercultural workshops - for exmple cooking)
- Organizing Language workshops in schools with young people
- Organization of extra-curricular interest groups, including Language, photographic, cinematographic, dance, painting, art, computer
- Organizing activities for local community (we are looking forward to your ideas!)
- Support youth in organized school events: Day of Languages, European Day Marathon of writing letters Amnesty International previous project:
