Resumo: The Association it’s a noprofit apolitical organisation which was founded by a group of teachers, roma activists and roma students, in the south-west part of Romania in 2008. Due to it`s involvement in numerous projects concerning education, youth and voluntary work, the association has decided to develop a project that can combine all these three.

The project objectives are:
To improve the social, intercultural and personal skills of 10 youngsters
To capacitate the 10 young participants to be able to develop social activities
To increase the knowledge about social work and the services which an NGO can provide
To increase the work experience in the pedagogical field of the 10 volunteers
To increase the English and Romanian language knowledge of the 10 volunteers
To increase the confidence and independency of the 10 youngsters involved in the project.

Perfil: - Tolerant and able to work in poor communities;
- Aged between 18 and 30 years;
- minimum knowledge about voluntary work;
- ability to work in teams;
- english knowledge, at least the basic level

Tarefas: The main activities in which the volunteers will be involved for 12 months are:
- Daily activities in the form of language classes in schools (both with teachers and alone in after-school) in 5 middle/high-schools, using nonformal education methods with the aim to make the educational activity more attractive for kids;
- Awareness campaigns relating to the need for an active youth and how the Erasmus+ programme is contributing to that;
- Monthly activities to promote Erasmus+ and volunteering, and to recruit new volunteers;
- Volunteering activities at various events organised by our associate partners;
- Projects of the volunteers (individual or in teams) which promote civic involvement, participation, volunteering and tolerance in Resita once every 3 months.
