Resumo: Pastoral Centre of St. Joseph Freinademetz (abbreviated UPeCe ) is a university centre that helps university students fully utilise their talents, develop skills and personality of students. A target group are therefore college students.
The vision of the centre is to be helpful to university students live your student life fully. Centre activities are contributing to this goal.
Regular activities:
Most of the activities run from September until the end of June, 7 days a week from 14:00 to 24:00. The centre is closed for public during July and August. Despite that the centre continues to run its activities. During this holiday season the centre is under reconstruction. Repair work and upgrades of the interior centre take place. The centre prepares to serve students starting from September.
Activities are focused on spiritual development: Masses, catechesis, spiritual themed lectures, adorations, prayer worshiping, pilgrimages to the places where spiritual leaders act.
Activities focused on development of motion: sports tournaments in table tennis, table football, floorball, teambuildings for the members of the teams involving motion activities, hiking expeditions, games aimed at developing physical skills both indoor and outdoor.
Activities focused on intellectual development: discussions on various topics with celebrities, professional lectures, sightseeing tours, activities aimed at technical computing, sound and lighting equipment, theatrical performances, concerts, competitions in table games.
Activities focused on social life enrichment: organizing balls, social events with traditional Slovak folk themes, parties, discotheques, entertainment activities organized by students at the time of some important anniversaries of thecentre as well ascourses of classical dances.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - daily cleaning of UPeCe space (Libresso)
- working in UPeCe Bar (in collaboration with Bar Team)
- participation to weekly Upratko and main events of UPeCe (Majales, Ondrejska)
- Italian and/or Spanish Language Course
- International Events (in particular about Cinema/Theatre)
- Food Events (in collaboration with Gastro)
