Resumo: Our organisation is aimed to help young people and to develop their personalities. We provide them with advisory and educational services, experience, which lead to an active and creative way of life. Our organisation works in a small town, which is situated near the breathtaking mountains. The town has around 7000 inhabitants. There are 2 elementary schools, 2 kindergartens, the basic civic facilities. There is a castle 50 kilometres from our town. Our organisation works 6 years in the centre for youth and children called Face club. The club is opened four times per week, from Wednesday till Saturday. We prepare different activities mainly for children and young people. The time for children is from 5pm till 8pm. After that the club is fully dedicated to youth. The club is visited by approximately 25- 30 people every day. Our visitors are partially also people from lower social levels or Roma community.

We have ping pong tables, table football, billiard, lots of board games which are daily offered to our visitors. Activities like creative workshops, games, competitions are prepared by volunteers. We also prepare activities for young people, which are aimed to develop their personalities and talent. We organise events which inspire them, educate them and also help them to gain experience. Every year we prepare conference for youth. We do not have any computer games or Xbox in our club, because we want people to spend time together, evolve creativity, communication skills and so on. The head of Face club is its leader. The leader closely cooperates with the team of volunteers.

There are around 20 volunteers in the team. We give a special attention to volunteers, we want them to become high-skilled and motivated young leaders with the good heart and motivation to do something for others on the first place. We have targeted voluntary service for them, so they can choose what they want to do, which competence they want to gain, and after that, they can choose activities they want to do in and for the Club. Apart from regular activities, we also participate in events organised by the town or summer festivals where we make program for children and youth. During the school year we cooperate with elementary schools. We offer them different activities in which we are involved through different projects.
Our main vision is : Do not live in boredom, experience Face club. We create a place where young people can spend their time meaningfully.
Find yourself – Face club supports young people, their characters and skills in order to help them to find themselves and be the gift for others.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - preparing the space of club for daily work and activities (preparing materials, goods, repairing, cleaning)
- preparing activities: children’s work (english thursday, sport days, creative days, program during holidays etc.), youth work (traveling evenings, film evenings, inspirational evening, English Thursday etc.),
- morning programme at the club or outside the club for school (activities depend on running projects)
- cooperation with our partners as needed,
- occasional participation in cultural events (after mutual agreement),
- participation in projects, activities and events organized by Expression o. z.

Horário: The participant will work for 35 hours a week. The participant’s working hours follow the opening hours of the low-threshold club. The participant is entitled to 2 days off per month. The working hours might change due to specific activities, projects or volunteer outreach.
The participant will have 2 days off per week.
