Resumo: The hosting organization is founded back in 2005, developing since as non-profit organisation for nature and environment conservation and sustainable development promotion. We are small team of 3 to 4 professional employees based on Island of Murter in village Murter (2000 inhabitants). Our work is project based. Through out different projects we form local, regional, national and international partnerships in order to challenge different environmental issues. Locally we also carry initiatives that include valorisation of cultural heritage (archaeological site Colentum www.colentum.info) We run Island Sustainability Education Program that supports early age environmental education inspired with Adriatic sea biodiversity. In new strategic period organization aims at developing social enterprise in tourism destination management niche.

There are many activities that we plan to involve EVS volunteers in. We can group them as follows:
1. Educational Program for Preschool children on sea biodiversity topics – help in developing and implementing
2. Eco-patrol Program for primary school students – help in planning and implementing workshops
3. Projects and activities promotion – networking with Youth for Environment Europe NGO network for joint campaigns and promote all the activities of the organization online, designing of posters and leaflets, documenting activities (photo, video), running a BLOG etc.
4.Personal project - opportunity to design your own project that would conect volunteer, organisations and local community.

The objective of the proposed activities is to raise awareness of local community and general public about importance of sustainable development, nature conservation and environment protection. Fulfilling this objective will help the volunteers to build competencies for future easier employment. Many of activities in which volunteers will be involved consists of direct work with beneficiaries which will ensure their better integration with local community and culture.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: 1.
- to assist in daily update of INFO-point;
- to help in organizing local community events (voluntary actions);
- to help in developing and implementing short EVS project – promo team, dissemination;
- to help in developing and implementing youth exchanges – promo team, dissemination;
- to assist in writing different project proposals;
- to help in regularly update;
- to assist in the administration of Facebook profile of the association;
- to make connections with other EU and neighbouring countries EVS accredited organizations;
- to assist in establish communication with the organizations/institutions in volunteers home countries;

- to translate short announcements for the web in English or mother tongue;
- to promote organization`s profile at social networks;
- to assist in designing, organizing and implementing creative workshops and materials on the topics of environmental
protection, marine ecosystems and its biodiversity (children 5-8 years);
- to assist in promoting the Summer Children Program – creating and putting up posters, leaflet design and dealing daily in Summer months;
- to assist in the organization`s presentations at different fairs and festivals in the County;
- to assist in organizing the school in nature activities or Eco-patrol activities (for young people aged 10-14 years);

3.
- to present its country (values, tradition,…) by holding presentations about their countries in local primary school;
- to have a creative input in picture books or puppet shows;
- to assist in all other work that is on going in organization;
- to open and update BLOG on EVS experience;
- to help in producing digital media promoting the work of organization and EVS program (short video and radio forms);
- to help in dolphin watching summer activities;
- to translate Eco-patrol e-handbook to their native language;
- to take part in different workshops organized by the organization within other projects;
- to develop personal project according to talents or aspirations.
