Resumo: The Kindergarten is working for the slogan “Alle unter einem Dach” – “all under the same roof” There are living different generations together. With about 300 children and 40 seniors the house it is a community center for old and young.

There is a child day-nursery, kindergarten, pre-school groups, a school, an after school care center, a boarding school and a residence for elderly people. European Volunteers will recorded in the kindergarten. The social concept based on the “lebensbezogenen Ansatz”,” to see live” and is domesticated of Christian values. The basic is tolerance and being open to each other, where other denomination and disabled people, get respect, attention and esteem.
The education focus the early social education, in that center the life and development of children is the most important thing. This means, through esteem-related teaching-and education aims the child reaches to the following attitude of the present and future life: cosmopolitans (Earth and World for everyone) nature- and environment consciousness (assess the value of the Nature and Environment and protecting = ecologically education) peaceable (joyfully relationships and to live reconcile together), view of the whole, to live to see in the reality (less use of medias)To see the child integrated all in all is the most important in the Kindergarten, they want to achieve the children, to accompany and to educate them.

Those aims are only in consideration of Heart, Head and Hand. The Heart stands for feeling and to find, the Head for knowledge and thinking and the Hand for action and to act. They offer the children different fields of experiences to open and develop. This happens according to abilities and the stage of development of the child in harmony with the group

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - talking to the children; - playing with the children in different rooms (rule-plays, table-plays, gymnastics-room..);- playing in the garden (games with the ball, ground-games, table-tennis..);- domestic work: tidying the room of the group, cloakroom;- taking part in arrangements-talks, team-sessions;- taking part in specific offers with the children (handicraft, singing, gymnastics, listening and ;playing of fary tales) ;- independent transaction of offers with the children but under guidance of an educator;- a lot of space for the own initiative of the volunteers for the children (depending on abilities e.g. singing songs, domestic work, language offers, painting, sports, making pottery, rhythmic, dancing...)
The kindergarten is a full-time institution and it is open daily from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm. Because the children spend a lot of time at the institution, the pedagogic concept focuses on the idea of care close to the family’s. Because of the hosting of European volunteers it is possible to give the children at the kindergarten a further understanding of the European idea. The children are able to collect further experiences and improve their knowledge through the contact to a volunteer from a foreign country, in terms of intercultural learning.
The volunteer is working on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 hours with half an hour break, on Friday 6 hours, Wednesday is language course and free time.
The daily routine is the following:
- free play (in different rooms, open offers like kneading, handcrafting, painting with fingers, flowing
breakfast...)
- Morning play (see above)
- playing outside
- lunch together
- for the small children sleeping time
- Age specific groups (for special needs)

Horário: The volunteers will work 30 hours a weekly. The volunteer is working on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 hours with half an hour break, on Friday 6 hours, Wednesday is language course and free time.
