Resumo: The organization was established in 2000. It is a youth association which organizes projects connected to human rights, promotion of tolerance, voluntary service, support of local democracy, spreading information about programmes and possibilities for the development of youth and adults. One of the main aims is working on the civic attitudes of young people. Semper Avanti is a regional organization that focuses on international work with young people, including youth exchanges, voluntary service and youth initiatives. We also cooperate with South Eastern Europe and EECA countries. Currently, the Associations gathers have 40 members, 70 volunteers and 8 full-time employees.

The main aims of the Association are:
- to promote international co-operation and understanding between young people from different countries and different cultures,
- to provide young people with the opportunity to gain international experience for their personal and professional development,
- making young people aware of their cultural heritage, as the base of their awareness,
- to develop regional, national and European consciousness of young people,
- promotion of volunteering- local and international, as a way towards active citizenship,
- promoting of international co-operation and understanding among young people from different countries and cultures,
- to support interest of young people in historical and political reality in Europe,- to encourage involvement of young people in cultural initiatives,
- to promote Poland and the Lower Silesia region in Europe.Target groups
– mainly youth, but also children, seniors, support workers (teachers, youth workers, etc)

The main profiles of our Association are:
- international youth exchanges, e.g. artistic and educational workshops,
- voluntary service
- national and international field,
- international internships,
- cultural events,
- civil and democracy education
- cooperation with youth councils in the region,
- conferences, trainings and seminars for young leaders and youth workers.

Perfil: Young people in age between 18-30 will be involved in this project, as we think that participants in
any age can improve the project well; interest in activities and motivation is more important than
anything else.

Tarefas: The basic elements of our activities will be following: work with children, students, youth. Preparation, implementation and evaluation of local cultural
projects, organizing cultural events, conducting workshops in field of multicultural education, human rights, European awareness and cohesion,
managing with project documentation (pictures, videos, articles, blog, FB), language classes for local society, implementation own ideas and
activities.
