Resumo: The project will be carried out mainly in the Leisure Time Activities Centre. There will be implemented all regular activities and interesting groups. Part of the activities as Alive books, presentation home countries of volunteers will be implemented in the region. Our organization closely cooperate with representatives of the town , the cultural and educational center in the city, with the city library, club of the Slovak tourists, the castle and the provincial house. All of these organizations provide many activities and opportunities in which the volunteers can take a part, and our volunteers ussually participate in them each year.

The aims of the project:
1. To provide young people with fewer opportunities support, experiences, skills in work with children and youth. To support them for implementation of their own projects. Development and improvement of soft skills (communication, empathy, congruence, assertiveness, presentation, REATING conditions for active participation in the activities and implementation of activities in the organization.
2. To lead volunteers to acquiring new skills and abilities which volunteers will use in the future, such as .: manage finances / budget and spending money for food, money for their own projects and activities, they can live a long time without family and friends . Be able to organize their own activities, to be proactive, to show tolerance to national minorities living in our region / Roma, Rusian, Goral, German minority / and the other sociál groups. Compare the lifeand problems of young people in Slovakia with life in the home country, to inform people in our region with elements of their culture.
3. Through informal education to help young people integrate into the work of the organization, gain independence, responsibility, courage to pursue their own projects, and last but not least to learn how to live in another culture and gain the ability to communicate in Slovak language

Perfil: young unemployed, geographically and socially disadvantaged people
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Volunteer´s role will consist in cooperation with workers in organisation. The volunteers will help them on current activities prepared by Centre for leisure time activities.They will be working mostly on activities in a culture area dance, music, and painting, but they can be active in areas corresponding to their hobbies and interests.The volunteers will also participate on this actvities: preparing and realize the international float on the river Poprad, summer camps, work on international exchanges, preparing/leading of discussion clubs for young people, taking part in preparing and realise the languages clubs, work with PC, swimming clubs, sport, turism.

Individual activities , typical week:
Individual activities for volunteers will be running by the next program. Activities from Monday till Friday : preparing activities – meetings with work in groups, dance clubs, meeting with youth, tutor, discussions, games, work in russians folklor groups and meeting with minority groups. At the beginning we will show him/her where he/she will spend his working and leisure time, working area. Volunteer can participate on all activities of our organisation and local community.

Percentage of working time: 20 % preparing for activities in clubs, 40 % work in clubs, 20 % language lessons, 10 % searching for interesting informations on web site, 10 % own project.
