Resumo: Our programs and projects are clustered in the 3 signature programs that reflect a unique character, ambitions and achievements as well as the Mission. -Peace, Justice and Democracy: raising awareness courses or campaigns/events on different topics as peace, multiculturalism, flight against racism, stereotypes, xenophobia, promoting human rights, active citizenship, diversity, personal responsibility in a multicultural context, leadership development-local, national and international ones, related with different methods (coaching, mentoring), TenSing (leadership workshop using as tools music, dance and theatre), promoting active citizenship, civic engagement, European Voluntary Service, international youth exchanges, international training courses; -Healthy Living: aikido, basketball, dodgeball, outdoor adventure combined with environment protection/awareness/solutions, after school classes, creative workshops, summer camps, antidrug campaigns; educational programs fighting child obesity-Inclusion: programs promoting social, cultural, economical, religious, etc: for roma community, youth coming from disadvantaged areas/with less opportunities, orphanages, rural communities, unemployed people, refugees, asylum seekers; educational programs – for children, youth and elderly people – foreign language courses, IT courses, creative workshops, after school programsSince 2009 we are certified as sending, coordinating and hosting organization for EVS projects, with a renewal certificate in 2012. (2012-RO-56), hosting and sending many young people to have this unique life changing experience due to EVS Program.

Perfil: Young people with age between 18-30 who:
- are citizens or legal residents of the partner organization countries
- are enthusiastic , willing to share knowledge, abilities, creativity
- are interested and motivated to implement social inclusion and civic engagement programs/activities
- are dedicated to this volunteering opportunity , determined to create a successful service
- are interested to organize different programs and events with and for youth
- are interested about non formal educational
- have basic English knowledge
- are facing difficulties : socially, economically, geographically, unemployment, school drop out, coming from minority community, from single parent family, from conflict area, foster care, etc.

Tarefas: - inclusive programs for children and young people with fewer opportunities in Baia Mare, Cavnic, foster care homes, Hungarian school
- own workshops Youth Power Space
- leadership and civic engagement education, human rights, No Hate Speech
- YMCA Youth Parliament program on civic engagement
- mentoring
- Romanian language course
- media and ITC workshops
- involvement in all the YMCA programs and projects
- meetings with youth from other NGOs.
