Resumo: The host organization is a Spanish Sport and Culture association dedicated to promoting activities in the community , also dedicated to the implement and participate of European projects.
Our main aim is the support of local, regional and international initiatives and the development of competences in the local community. Among our target groups belong Youth from the community, adults and elderly people and people from rural and disadvantages areas as well as people with less opportunities and abilities (marginalised persons).
There are 4 sectors in our association:
- Theater
- Sport
- European Projects
- Youth Center

Our activities aim at increasing employability and personal development of elderly and marginalised persons and participation in the local community of young people.

During the year we develop different art activities, performances, workshops, courses, sport, summer camps, festival, exhibitions, expositions,etc.

Perfil: -Important to speak and understand spanish fluent (Will be interviews with the selected volunteer)
-To know and have experience with Music and Play some instrument.
We are searching for a FEMALE volunteer for this Project.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Youth:
• Participate in the dissemination of the Youth Center
• Collaborate with the rest of the Center monitors the dissemination of the same
• Various talks at schools to give information on activities and recruitment of young people.
• Assist monitors the development of youth and adult activities .
• Propose activities or things that would like to do with young people in the evenings.
• Promote group activities with young people, through different games.
• Arrange with the monitor the activities to be undertaken each week.
• Cultural activities with young people.
• Environmental workshops for kids.
• Activities at the school in the afternoons.

Music:
• Help in the Music School during the afternoon
• Help and support the teachers in the music lessons during the mornings in the school.
• Different workshops about music.
• Promote the activities and workshops in the community.
• Help and support different events related to music.
.Roller Club (Kids, adult, youngsters)

Division of the time:
• Youth work (school, High school, Organization, partner organizations)– work
with children, adult and young people: 25%
. Roller Club 10%
• Music Activities: 20%
• Local events - organisation: 25 %
• Non-formal learning activities and administration work: 10 %
• Evaluation 5%
• Assistance and support for Media area of the organization: 5 %
For us this project and volunteers will be a good supply of creativity, new activities for the organization, cooperation,
inspiring, enriching existing activities, contribution to the partner organizations, provide new knowledge and tools,
approaches, ideas and suggestions, visibility, impact , broadcasting and new cultures that volunteers bring to the
community.
