Resumo: The Centru pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă GREENTIN was founded in February 2010 in order to develop actions and activities in environmental sector for youth and adults. Among the objectives of the organization are: development of funding programs for non-associative structures, promoting and developing educational and training activities, promoting regional and international cooperation and mobility, promoting multicultural education and non-discriminatory among youth. Most of our activities are focused on promoting the principles of sustainable development concept.

Volunteering &Sustainable Development II (VSD) aims to provide young people a framework for reflection on the importance of social, economic and environmental sustainability in a consistent manner as chapters of sustainable development. By participating in project activities, participants will gain knowledge about the environment
and local communities from rural Romania. VSD II project promotes active involvement, dialogue and civic debates.

Target group: 5 volunteers (2 from Spain, 2 from Italy, 1 from Portugal).

Do you like nature and hiking? Do you like small communities and discovering new cultures and traditions? Are you available since 15st of July till 15th of October? Then you are the volunteer we are looking for.

Perfil: The project doesn't require specific skills or aptitudes from the volunteers.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - to prepare activities and games for the Summer Camp Activities. Summer Camp Activities will be weekly (2/3 days a week) activities organized in two villages from Maramures county (Oarta de Sus, Asuaju de Sus) for the local children (aged 7-18).
- to propose one weekly activities (language and culture, food and traditions, handmade etc) for the local children
- to participate and help organizing the trips and hiking activities organized together with the local volunteers for the children drom the local community
- to participate at the weekly coordinating meetings and mentorship meetings
- to write articles for Greentin's blog in order to promote the project and volunteering

Each volunteer will receive:
Food allowance – 120 euro/month
Pocket money – 60 euro/month

Horário: Monday - Office day - Preparing activities. Time for reflection and evaluation
Tuesday - My activity - Each volunteer will propose one activity
Wednesday/Thursday - Summer Camps in Rural Area - Activities with children from local community(5-18 years old)
Friday - Green Activities - Outdoor Activities & Crafts Activities
