Resumo: Foundation For the Support of Alternative and Ecological Cultures is alternative non-governmental organization.

AIMS of the Foundation :
-to provide non-formal artistic, ecological and social education for children and youth, as well as for other age groups
-to support youth to realize their ideas and promote tolerance and diversity among them
-to promote healthy way of life-style
-to support and promote alternative and ecological cultures
-to conduct alternative cultural center Wolimierz Station
-to work for local, sustainable, ecological development of the Mountains region
-to promote active citizenship, integration of the local communities
We are reaching and developing our aims with the help of regular and nor regular activities, annual and occasional events and activities.

The main idea of our project “ EVS Station 2017 – You decide which train to take ” is to create for volunteers good conditions for self-directed learning. In other words – to give young people opportunity to organize own work and put own ideas into life.
The project is planned and designed to encourage and motivate young people to take initiative in analyzing and naming own learning needs and aims, searching and organizing needed resources and evaluating gained results and outcomes.
Team of EVS coordinators, supervizors and mentors play important role in supporting and supervising volunteers to develop desired and essential skills for self-directed learning.
Volunteers will develop and improve self-management and self-organization skills in real life conditions – while helping in management of Altrnative eco-art center, organizing and maintaining circus, theater, workshops, concerts and events, international projects and festivals. During 9 months volunteers will learn many skills for self-sustainability.
So, In general – EVS volunteers will have place and absolute support from our side to organize own workshops, concerts, events ..... Besides EVS volunteers will help and learn from participation and co-creation of already planned events and activities.

Perfil: aged between 17 and 30 (lower age limits - participants must have reached the minimum age at the start date
of the activity. Upper age limits - participants must not be older than the indicated maximum age at the application deadline – which is 1/02/2017.)

We welcome volunteersfrom a variety of socio-economic backgrounds and geographical locations;
Applicants from villages, rural areas and deprived regions are especially welcomed.
Gender, culture/social background, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation will not be taken under the consideration
during the recruitment process.

Knowledge of communication level of English is required.
We are open to have volunteers with different experience –both rich and zero experience are equally good.
All depends on volunteer motivationand creativity.

Tarefas: We start EVS projecton 21 /07/2017 - 21/07 itis the first day of ourthe biggest year event –Summer festival. It is already 25th festival in our history.
It is alternative festival of art, ecology, music, workshops .....Every year there is another name and topic.

We invite EVS volunteers to join us for our year celebration and help in festival “management”. Later together we will docleaning and organizing the space.
In general, untill the end of July volunteers will have “adaptation period”–to discover people, placeand to feelatmosphereofthis place......

September 2017From September we will start regular EVS activities, which will happen every weeek and every month ...
Regular EVS activities :
• One day per week EVS volunteers will lead workshops for alternative, green school.

In this school we have kids from Poland and CzechRepublic. It is around 10 kids.
One day per weekkids are coming to eco-art center Stacja Wolimierz where EVS volunteers will give to kids “lectures”.

According to own skills and abilities, EVS volunteers are encouraged toinvent own activities for kids (music, sport, circus .... ).
At the very beggining, EVS volunteers will support activities lead by Stacja Wolimierz team.
• One day per week EVS volunteers willcome to eco-art center and the whole day willsit in front of computers and play video games .... =) ..... joke=) EVS volunteers will work on computers for the support of Foundation –take care of web page, prepare offers for potencial “clients” etc.
• One day per week EVS volunteers will come to eco-art center Stacja Wolimierz to help at eco-art center “maitaining” –cleaning, decorating, furniture restoration ..... here tasks depends on artistic skills of EVS volunteersand skills
• One day per week EVS volunteers will join local artists / craftsman / farmers :

Carpentry workshop, family farmers from Germany, that are living in vagon and have milions of sheep .....

March 2018
In march EVS volunteers will lead own event ( minimum 3 days –max one week ).
In this event EVS volunteers supposed to use skills, knowledge and contacts gained during previous months.
EVS volunteersare choosing date, topic of event andtake care ofall the logistics.
Event is organized at eco-art center Stacja Wolimierzwith support of EVS supervisor and Stacja Wolimierz team
April 2018
This month we will use for evaluation, youth pass preparation ... bye-bye party etc.
19 / 04 / 2018 –the end of project.

Horário: The idea is to have 5 working days per week (Saturday and Sunday are free).
However, very often many events are taking place on weekend.
In that case, if volunteers will “work” on Sunday, then Monday or any other day is free.According to Erasmus+ program EVS volunteers supposed to work 30-38 hours per week.

Condições: Accomodation/Travel/Food/Pocket money
- During EVS project volunteers get reimbursement of travel costs. We can reimburse You up to 275 euro (both ways ticket)

Reimbursement is possible ONLY in case the tickets’ dates are within 3 days of project starting / ending
dates (21/07/2017 –19/04/2018 ). Reimbursement is possible ONLY in case U have the original tickets, boarding passes
or internet confirmations of payment.
- EVS volunteers will get money forfood at one time -for the whole period of 9 months.

In that way, EVS volunteers will have to manage own budget.
On those days, when EVS volunteers will stayat eco-art center Stacja Wolimierz,
we will cook at eco-art center together and eat all together as one family =)
- EVS volunteers will stay at Agrotouristic (“village hostel”). With separate room, access to kitchen

and separate shower and toilet. EVS volunteers will stay at thesame Agrotouristic
- In order to move around in village EVS volunteers will get bicycles
- EVS volunteers will get pocket money –3 euros per day
