Resumo: Our Foundation is the team of young, creative and reliable persons, employee and volunteers, who take their activities - first of all - because of its value. There are three words describing the essence of our work: searching, inspiring, changing. We are not satisfied with typical ways, we search for innovations, new forms, more efficient solutions. We inspire others to be active, we encourage them to take responsibility for what happens around us. We try to change the world by engaging ourselves in cooperation with other organisations and local autonomies. We care about higher standards of social activities.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteers will work with three groups of people under risk of exclusion:
[1] youth from dysfunctional families,
[2] people with disabilities,
[3] homeless people.
At the same time, the objective of the project is using the presence of international volunteers to improve the quality of youth work among Polish NGO also in making contact with foreign partners.
