Resumo: The host organization is the only life-sharing community in Greece where adults with developmental disabilities live, work and spend their free time together with their caregivers. It is an international community, with workers and volunteer members from Greece and all over the world, and members with special needs from all over Greece.

· Are willing to live with people with a disability
· Are patient, friendly and open minded
· Are responsible for the task they undertake
· Enjoy working as a part of a team
· Take initiative
· Have good communication skills
· Be part of one of the workshops (garden, pottery or jewelry)
· Can communicate in English
· Are willing to learn Greek.
