Resumo: Place 1
Born in late February 2016, Centro Polivalente is the newest, but has already 220 members and is one of the most active. A very enterprising president is implementing many initiatives and structuring a set of services, courses, events and social tourism.
Users of this center are organizing trips and stays adapted to seniors, computer courses, soft sport exercise, zumba, dance, amateur tournaments of briscola and burraco and many social events, especially during the most popular traditional celebration.

Thanks to the determination of the President and the enthusiasm of the registered members, although with a few months of operation, the Center has shown great cohesion, enthusiasm, desire for renewal and constant participation in social activities.

Place 2.
In this center we organize mostly hands-on workshops, pottery, bobbin lace, sewing, DIY, crafts for Christmas, pc courses, in addition to organizing events during the holidays. The center has about 50 members and is very popular. They also organize evenings at the theater, events and travel.

Extra activities
Web Radio: Ancescao Viterbo also participated in a web radio, an experience that we would like to propose to the volunteers. This is an activy made in collaboration with the web radio organized by students of Università degli Studi.

Laboratory of Memory. Volunteers can be included in a laboratory based on the remembrance and memory. With the help of a psychologist and some history teachers now retired and Ancescao member, we will work on the memory of the elderly in order to draw a final event based on the theme of memory. As output we propose a book, and volunteers will shoot a video. Such an initiative has already been implemented in the past, the final works were collected and displayed during a exhibition which also showed ancient crafts and traditions. Volunteers will be a great help for organizing and promoting the initiative, they can also learn a lot about tradition of the past. We hope this could stimulate intergenerational dialogue, active listening, sharing and social inclusion.

Perfil: it's really welcomed a pro-active attitude and sense of entrepreneurship of volunteers
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Our future volunteer will have to support and actively participating, together with users, in the center activity. In all types of activities volunteers will be supported by users and their timetable will be organised by responsible or each centre. During activity time we are expecting their help, attention and openness to new suggestions. They can implement their own activities if they want, we will ask them if they want to use their hobbies or passion to start a new workshop

Horário: Volunteers will have activities from Monday to Friday, usually 6 hours per day (the total won’t ever exceeded 35 hours, including Italian lesson and meal time when they are part of activities). Volunteers will have two day off every month to take whenever they like.

Condições: Food and Accommodation
The apartment is in the city center of Viterbo and it has single rooms. The house has got all the facilities
and comforts and a shared kitchen. Volunteers will be accommodated in double rooms, a wi fi internet
connection. Meals will be organized by the volunteers.

Monthly allowance
Every volunteers will get his allowance of 115 € at the beginning of each month. The coordinating
organization will take care of this task. Money will be transferred directly in the Italian volunteer bank
account we will open with no costs.
