Resumo: Our organization conducts different activities at local and internationallevel in order to increase participation, initiative and creativity of young people as a measure of intercultural learning and fight against racism and xenophobia.Mission: To contribute to the integral development and improvement of the quality of life of citizens, especially the youth.

Vision: To be a reference organization for youth and professional youth workers, both local and international, to provide real opportunities and alternatives that contribute to their overall development and thus build a more just, peaceful and fraternal society.Values. We work for a human being: autonomous, critical, supportive, committed, cooperative, peace builder, for equality and against violence, pro-active, responsible, with an intercultural worldview, entrepreneur, etc

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: One volunteer will focus specifically on the media and communication of our organization, for example update the website or share social media content. It is important that the volunteer hosted for this role will have skills in graphic design and edition of video/photo.

Another volunteer will have a more social role and support the activities and workshops we offer within our organization, such as language workshops, a workshop for elderly people, besides the promotion of Erasmus+ and EVS programs and help to inform young people about their opportunities.

The two other volunteers will mostly collaborate with other organizations in the city, children in social exclusion, children with cancer in the hospital, humanitarian aid with recycling, Integration, disabled people, ecological garden, youth organization and children with difficulties in the school.

Also every volunteer will give general support to our organization, participate in our English Conversation activity and will have the chance to create an own initiative project and to receive a linguistic support in the Spanish language.
The volunteers will live in a shared flat where each one has their individual room and share the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
