Resumo: The organization is a volunteer exchange organisation. The aims of the organisation are to enhance cultural exchange, to stimulate personal growth, development of young (and not so young) people and to do work that is useful for society. The organization exists since 1953.

Perfil:  You are curious and dare to think out of the box!
 You take initiative and are able to work independently
 You have preferably proven experience in organising
 You don’t mind to roll up your sleeves
 You are interested in nature and sustainability
 You are committed to animal welfare
 You can deal well with adults
 You like to live in the countryside for a longer period
Age: 17-30

Tarefas:  Looking for opportunities to develop activities locally, connected with ‘Leeuwarden, European Capital of Culture in 2018’
 Seeking cooperation with local organisations
 Organising meetings
 Guiding groups of visitors around the farm
 Taking care of nature, garden and farm animals
 Activities in the natural surroundings
 Maintenance of the natural landscape
 Giving a hand where needed
