Resumo: Youth Centre takes interest in children and youth for taking active part in social life and processes around, for spending time with friends, getting new skills, developing international relationships through non-formal learning and projects for and with young people. The youth center is interested in the prevention of violence, alcoholism and drug addition among youngsters of the district.

Perfil: Volunteer should be motivated, cheerful, patient, active communicator, good organizer, correct in her/his work, accurate, creative and flexible. It would be good if volunteer has hobbies which would give a chance to lead regular activities in the youth center (art, music, acting etc). It is also possible to collaborate with schools to run workshops and other activities related to volunteer´s skills. In addition volunteer will be involved in organizing bigger events for youngsters. Good English is required. Russian will give plus points.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: *Open youth work - talking with the youth about culture, problems, playing games etc. (in the youth centre open area)

*Organizing events - volunteer can put up new ideas what kind of events she/he wants to organize

*Giving tasks- when organizing events volunteers need help so she/he will be giving tasks for youth workers so that everyone can help with the event/events.

*Helping in hobby clubs- doing the hobby club together with the youth worker. If the volunteer is making recipes for cooking lesson and helping then eventually the volunteer will have a opportunity to do the cooking lesson herself/himself but the youth worker will support.

*Organizing culture nights - the volunteer has opportunity to organize his/her culture nights what can be held in every month or more often if needed.

*Preparing activities- volunteer prepares different activities in certain events, which are given from the people who work in the youth centre
