Resumo: The Youth Centre stared their active everyday work on 1998. The main aim of the organization is to develop possibilities for young people to be active and initiative. Every day there are 30-40 young people taking part in youth centre activities. The Youth Centre organizes several local and international projects. They started international cooperation on 2001. The Youth Yentre belongs to the local municipality . In cooperation with municipality they working out youth policy and development in the local region. The Youth Centre organizes cooperation work between different youth institutions. The Youth Centre is known for effective teamwork and creative approach to youth work. The Youth Centre is opened to share their experiences in youth work and give young people new knowledges in working together. EVS is a good solution to share the views of youth and community work. The Youth Centre organizes different hobby groups work in the community and organizes several local events

Perfil: The volunteer will be selected by her /his interests and motivation. The volunteer will need to be very motivated to participate in this project.
The Youth Club didn't have specific criteria for choosing a volunteer out of all the candidates – as we are a competent youth supporting organization, we have quite a big experience in educating, supporting and counseling youngsters – therefore, no specific skills and calling for youth work are expected from candidates. Hence these were not the criteria in the selection process.
A positive expectation is the creativity, readiness to involve new knowledge and skills, openness which would help to enrich the activities of local young people. Another important aspect is to find a volunteer who would be ready to come a rural area of Estonia, to a middle-sized municipality with a central village with only about 500 inhabitants. It will be the first question that will be asked from the candidates.
The chosen volunteers will need to know the English language on a sufficient level, to have has enough English skills to practice English with the children and the youth, but also communicate with the other workers of the youth centre and the municipality. If there will be any difficulties in English whole team will support communication in the beginning. Estonian languages course wil be organized anyway.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: - TV work. The volunteer will assist media group work at the Youth Club. She/he will give technical help and/or accompany youngsters when they have to do outdoor reports. Innovative ideas from volutees are welcome. Also she can disseminate our tv-news, produce all materials befor tv-program, organize active and interesting actions form TV-group younger participants to motivate them. We have young girls group who are so active that we already made for the different account to produce their ivideo mprovisations . But the whole TV program everyone can follow from Facebook or Youtube.

- Information work. When there is new information, she will be responsible of uploading new information about the Youth Club's work and activities to the Internet (website or Facebook).
