Resumo: Our association is made for the purpose of supporting, organizing and establishing youth activities in the areas of culture, informatics and informational youth service, youth leisure, sport, tourism, voluntary work, international youth activities and publishing and as such is a perfect EVS organization. Through offering a wide range of activities in various areas of interest we promote Voluntary work, active participation and a feeling of responsibility for creating their own environment amongst young people.

Our target group develops personal as well as professional skills in interaction with different social groups and through practical experiences. In this process in- and non-formal education are linked with structured learning opportunities like workshops, seminars or lectures. For international as well as local volunteers Zavod O offers a lot of opportunities for structured informal learning. Under qualified guidance and supervision the volunteers can develop various personal and professional skills. Being open for Voluntary Work, the organization is a valuable promoter of personal engagement and active Citizenship within the local community.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Possible tasks for the future EVS volunteer are wide:
• Organisation and realization of different events
• Maintenance and renovation of infrastructure
• Designing promo material
• Technical support, preparing the place for the events
• Implementation of new ideas
• Organizing and realizing different workshops
• Photo and video documenting of the events
• Making scenography for events
• Popularisation of voluntary work among local youth through a variety of activities
• Making local youth more active and involving them into youth center’s activities
• Active cooperation with the local students club (workshops, promotion material, students magazine, documentation) and other organisations in the local community (scouts, daily care center for children and youth, high school, flat community, animals’ shelter...)
• Presenting his/her culture and knowledge within Zavod O activities and also within other organizations in the local area
• Organization of cultural events within the premises of th organization
• Making and collecting material for the web page in English
• Making and publishing material regularly on hi/her personal blog created within the EVS web page about hi/her own experience of living in the community and working for the organization
• Regular production of short movies for the Zavod O international webpage about (EVS) life in the town or topics of interest (one movie a month)
