Resumo: Our organization and youth is in a small town. Our project is target the young people who are keen on work with children and youth. This organization managing activities for children and youth in their leisure time in the town and neighboring villages. The project is prepared for 1 volunteer like a long-term project for 12 months.

Volunteers will help with preparation of workshops for children and setup own project according their interest. Volunteers will visit The Special school for disabled children and Basic school for childern with special educational needs. The volunteer will assist and participate in the preparation programs for the children in these organizations. Due to these kind of organization volunteers can enrich their experiences in work with disadvantage children.

The host organization organize The Open club for young people in age 7-25 three time per week. Volunteers will visit this club and prepare short activities(handicraft activities, talks about culture). It is a good opportunity to meet new friends.

This project helps to young people to know new people, places or culture, but mainly it helps to volunteer get throught planning activities new compeces: Communication in the Czech language, project management, social skills, problem solving skills. These competencies will be able to return to the country to bribe their future professional life.

Perfil: age: 17-30

Tarefas: Open club, the club for kids. prepare activities during summer holiday, every month we prepare program with spacial topic. Also the Open club has a big garden, where kids plant own vegetables from the seed. Bake own bread.
