Resumo: The host organization is a public institution. Our main attributions are to organize the cultural, sportive, educational and recreational projects initiated by the Public Council, as well as to coordinate and monitor the artistic activity carried out by the cultural institutions under its authority. Our current status integrates several public structures that functioned separately before 2014.

Tarefas: 1) Public Campaign for Promoting Reading

2) Paper art Club: Creative paper recycling techniques, quelling, collage

3) The Bookworms Corner: a club for young book lovers where they will play creative games, share the latest works they read/write, organize conversational English meeting, work on a magazine that will publish stories from the 5 countries with handmade illustrations

4) Book Exchange and Book Donation Campaigns (the collected books will be donated to school libraries in the rural areas)

5) Support activities for book-related events: An International Literature festival, A book fair, The Living Library, The Open Books Night, World Book Day, The Education Week etc.

6) Interactive workshops for foreign language classes and European culture (native languages of the EVS volunteers).
