Resumo: The host is an organization in the public interest, which strives for positive social change and personal growth of young people. With the help of non-formal education encourages young people to social participation and activation of their peers.
Young people in the host organization are spending their free time as healthy and quality as possible. They are also rising awareness among other young people of current topics and promoting their critical thinking in an understandable and interesting way.
Organization through various projects promotes and advocates sustainable development, healthy lifestyle and active citizenship of young people.
The organization is apolitical and non-profit organization that operates independently from private financiers.

Perfil: We are looking for a volunteer with economic barriers (e.g. unemployed). We will offer him new knowledge and skills and that way he/ she will have more competences and knowledge that will help them on the labour market. We would like to host a volunteer aged from 18- 30 years.

Volunteer will be working most closely with the organising team of the seminar, which will be the primary task here.

The role of the volunteers will be equal to the roles of other activists – to contribute to the welfare of all the high school students and youth in general, acquiring valuable knowledge and experience in the process.
In the first part of volunteer's activities, most of their time will be devoted to education about healthy lifestyle with the help of the EVS team and other members, while in the second part, the volunteer will be an important part of the organising team of the seminar, while gaining all the knowledge and competences for organising international events.

In the first part of volunteer's activities, most of their time will be devoted to education about healthy lifestyle and youth sector with the help of EVS team and other members, while in the second part, they will be an important part of the organising team of the seminar.

In the first month the volunteers will pass integration process and meet with organisational culture. The first month will be dedicated to introducing the volunteers to different aspects of health and educating them about healthy lifestyle of young people. We will try to make this part as interacitve as possilbe, we will also encourage volunteers to do some research alone. The volunteeers will also have some workshops on topics like teamwork, project management and recognizing your personal goals, that will bring new experiences to them.

After learning the basic and getting to know the project team, the most important part of volunteer's work will be helping with organising the seminar. They will actively participate in the team meetings, help with building the seminar's programme, and logistics. Volunteers will also have a task to perform a survey about healthy lifestyle in partner organisations and analyzing the results. Volunteers will be treated as a part of the organising team and will have an important role there. We want to give an opportunity to the volunteers to gain as much knowledge and competencies on the field od organising events as possible.

Volunteers will not be substitute for any labor force, at the same time their work will not represent too high responsibility. They will be surrounded by No Excuse EVS team and activists all the time and they will help and advice them at their work. Routine tasks will be very limited.
