Resumo: We take care of children in the age ranging between 3 months and school entrance age. The area in which the volunteers are going to work the age ranges between 2 years and school entrance age. We work according to the so called open work concept.

It is the aim of this concept to educate children to act autonomous. The children have the possibility to structure their daily routine almost independently.

According to that approach they can use different so called function rooms (construction room, doll room, theater room etc.) Beside these free selectable activities we offer fix education activities in groups on which all children should participate (sport, art, mother tongue etc.).

We attach great importance to the cooperation with the parents. We try to involve the parents in all our projects and activities and we also try to inform them about everything important regarding to their children or the concerns of the kindergarten.

We also try to motivate the parents to participate in the different activities of our kindergarten (arrangement of our annual summer and Christmas party, arrangement of the routine parents-conferences, etc.)..

Perfil: Age: 18-30 years, German language skills, we focus especially disadvantaged people.
