Resumo: The aim of the project is to develop “Social - Entreprenorial competences” for EVS and EUROPANET Association volunteers through non –formal activities for a self-integration into the labor market. Methods used in this project are: “ Learning by doing”,” and “Drama in Education”.
Objectives:
1. Using non-formal activities among EVS volunteers and local volunteers as self development tools for developing the Social Entrepreneurship competences for self-integration into the Labour Market.
2. Using EVS volunteers creativity to grow a new generation of European Active Volunteers (languages abilities in communication, dialog, European values, solidarity, social inclusion, and social entrepreneurship).
Perfil: All volunteers should fulfil certain criteria (depending in each project), which are essential for success of his/her EVS project in our organisation. Volunteer should be a responsible person, communicative, able to meet agreed tasks and schedule.
Basic communication languages with volunteers is English (French, German, Italian, Spanish) and is recommended to be able to understand and speak at least basic level of English (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
No discrimination based on religious, gender, political involvement believes will be made in selection of our volunteers.
Transparent recruitment process
Our projects will be presented on website, our calls for volunteers will be open for all organization and youth open for EVS project, out institution will be an active association at European level through meetings, European lists of discussion, etc.
Volunteers can contact us directly or with the help of their sending organisation during whole year.
In recruitment process a commission made from 3 adults ( mentors and youth liders) and 4 youths will decide the recruited volunteers who will have their EVS in our organization or abroad.
Tarefas: Tasks of volunteer: Activity nr 1: After School class “Italian through fun” ( can be also in English) Tasks: -develop a curriculum for the chosen group of working in after school (through Italian or english language); -develop a "social entrepreneurship" plan for having this project done ( marketing, promotion, finding social meaning, finding people interested in developing the working group class in after school); -establishing non-formal activity plan for each session of work in after-school class (non-formal materials, non-formal approach); -common evaluation with the project coordinator of the after school session; Activity nr.2: “Im EVS” Tasks: -plan, organize, and implement a common event into the community for spreading the knowledge of what an EVS volunteer is; -collaborate with stakeholders into the community, with people responsible of Youth Policies, with EUROPANET volunteers; - this common even it will be organize 1 in 2 months; Activity nr 3: “Up, Up, Up and Up we go” Tasks: -plan on future projects; -find international partners; -plan new projects for developing EVS values inside of our community
