Resumo: The organization main aim is to create a space for qualitative creative education and learning practices, to encourage one‘s experimentation in personal expression and development, as well as to contribute to development of organizations.
The organization objectives are to develop social and personal children, youth, adult competences by organizing local and international projects, camps, training courses, conferences, seminars, consultations, lectures and other educational activities, based on non-formal education principles and practices.
The organization has many different social partners and NGOs in Lithuania and abroad.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Volunteers will help to educators in:
- Daily activities, chores, conducting workshops for children, group games and out door;
- To organize visits, meetings, excursions in nature, various objects;
- In preparation and implementation of campaigns, projects and ect;
- The educational process using information technology (SMART interactive board);
Volunteers will help in arts education:
- Conducting daily music classes for children;
- Help in organizing festivals and events in organization and town, community.
Volunteers will help to physical education teacher:
- In organizing games in the gym;
- Conducting morning exercises for children;
- Organizing relay races, football, basketball matches;
- Organizing sports activities in kindergarten yard, and other spaces.
Other possible volunteer activities:
- English, native language lessons for staff;
- Introduction with volunteers culture, customs and traditions;
- Volunteers countries national dishes delivery to children, parents and staff;
- Dissemination of the organization's activities and initiation of cooperation with other organizations.

Horário: Working hours: 36 hours per week, 5 working days, 2 consecutive days off per week in a row.

Holidays: The volunteer will have 24 days at her/his disposal (=2 days*12 months).

Condições: Travel Budget: 530€

Language course: Lithuanian Language course will be organized by the CO. It will be free of charge for the volunteer. Its frequency will be 2-4 hours/week (40 hours in total).

Food provisions: 110 EUR per month

Telephone and internet: Internet will provided in the working (not living) space, free for the volunteer. Mobile SIM cards are provided by the CO and charged 3 euros/per month

Volunteer Allowance: The volunteer will receive a monthly allowance of 80€/month - pocket money, according to the Erasmus programme guide. The payment will be made to the bank account

Accommodation: The volunteer will live in the town of Biržai in a shared flat/shared room with common areas and facilities (kitchen and bath) and basic house equipment.

Local Transport: All local trips related to the project activities will be paid by CO.
