Resumo: This is an association that has been in existence since 1995 and is located in the cultural center. It is an important part of the urban cult scene, with more than 150 productions, workshops, guest performances and theatrical projects, with several tens of thousands of visitors a year.
The association is an independent theater, which makes ensembles of professionals and amateurs. For over twenty years, theater, performance, dance and art projects have been created.

In addition to a dignitary as an office manager, all parties involved in the administrative level work on a voluntary basis.
The theater has been regularly hosting European volunteers for six years, usually two per year.

Perfil: should be interested in theatre and the arts and/or have some experience with graphik design or cultural management, like organising events.
Age: 17-30
