Resumo: The aims of this particular EVS project are as follows:
- to promote intercultural dialogue between volunteers from different countries and Latvian inhabitants;
- to promote understanding between different cultures, advance cooperation and tolerance between volunteers – representatives of different countries;
- to motivate young people to be active and take part in non-formal education and in social life, to develop their competences that will help them to make a successful career in the future;
- to provide information about Latvian history, culture, traditions and language.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: during the project volunteers will participate in Latvian and Russian language courses, will organize activities for children and youth, prepare programs, assist during the children schools and international youth exchanges, help to prepare European funded projects, that will give them useful skills in multicultural communication, they will learn how to make a cooperation between people from different countries and with different cultures. They will make placards, posters and booklet, make photos, prepare articles for EVS blog, and organize discussion clubs, cultural evenings. Will assist during the organization doors open days, they also will have enough time to prepare their own ideas and time to fill Youth pass diary and implement their own ideas whit the resources and assistance of the staff. Volunteers will make presentations about EVS and ERASMUS+ and present it for local audience and youth. They will assist in preparing advertisement for society in English and their native languages; will send information to society’s international partners. They will also evaluate project activities in groups, with mentors and individually.
