Resumo: The host organization is an organisation established by people who are willing to unite their efforts in strengthening the civil society in Bulgaria by participating in the local self-governance and in the process of decision-taking, by influencing the socio-economic development of the country and the region, by supporting disadvantaged groups and people, by developing education and culture, by creating equal opportunities and ethnic integration, by testing and introducing best practices in the above mentioned fields.Among the members of the association there are people with extensive experience in developing and implementing national and international projects financed by diverse programmes.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The aim of the project is volunteers to work with kids, pupils and youngsters from the town of Razlog who has motivation to develop their skills and to empower their potential as they communicate with the volunteers with different culture, religion and social reality during their summer vacation. The task of the volunteers will be to organize different outdoor summer creative workshops in seven thematic fields (music and dances, handcrafts, sports and outdoor activities, ecology and environment, arts, creative writing and entrepreneurship) in town.

Using the non-formal methods of education they will reach the kids to enrich their interest to educational process, to see the importance of education and to help for developing of feeling for initiative of participants in the workshops. We think that the communication itself with the volunteers will motivate the youngsters and to change their worldview and thinking and will show them the benefits from education. The volunteers will be satisfied because of that they will help for changing in positive way the live of the kids, pupils and youngster with which they will work.
