Resumo: The main idea is to involve selected volunteers into the work of open youth centres that mainly work with young people aged between 7-26.

Open youth centres permit equal access and opportunities, support for young people and their ideas, space for socializing and equipotential partnership. Each of the centres is a bit different, but all of them follow the same principles of open youth work.

The volunteers are expected to assist local youth workers in daily tasks, contribute to the activities of the youth centre and initiate new ones, communicate and collaborate with different partners in the youth centre and community, act as role models for youngsters.

Perfil: - Interested in youth work;
- Honest and responsible person;
- Open and communicative;
- Independent and active;
- Open to new challenges;
- Willing to continually learn;
- Fluent in English.
- Age. 17-30
