Resumo: The host organization was found as an NGO, working with children, young people and professionals, primarily in the sphere of performing arts, in August 2008.

The association was founded by people directly related to art and culture. Some of the objectives of The Society are:
• Creating conditions for implementation and dissemination of ideas and products.
• Encouraging collaborative professional practices in the sphere of culture between the performers of performing arts in the region and abroad.
• Promoting the organization, financing, development and implementation of events for international cultural exchange of experience in the form of retraining canters and other activities to support the professional development of young professionals in the sphere of culture and art, but also of amateurs, and volunteers.
• Developing, and exercising advisory and intermediary services, related to art and culture - events, projects and events with local physical and juridical persons, as well as foreign ones.
Basically, at the moment The Society helps the professionals of Puppet and Drama Theatre and Art Formation, through advertising, PR, and implementing their projects, activities, and classes.

As an established cultural institution, we have completed 11 creative projects through grants from the Ministry of Culture, Municipality, the National Culture Fund, Municipal Foundation 2019, etc.

The activities in the project aim to present another vision of life and to motivate different personalities to interact in an artistic social environment.

We would like to achieve balance, harmony, and efficiency with our project through collaboration and the desire for personal and professional development of each participant. Using and developing their skills, creativity, and imagination, participants will work together on concepts of "balance" of mind, body, potential, and inner self.

The project aims to support the main activities of the team of the Puppet and Drama Theatre “HAND”. Through the implementation of the project we would like to find support in the creation, maintenance and distribution of our puppet and drama stagings for children and adults.

Perfil: We would like to find, communicative, reliable young people, interested in arts or currently engaged in arts. Kind-hearted, motivated, positive-thinking, and creative personalities, who would like to learn new things and take challenges will be the right people for our program.
The project will be an ambassador of humanity, kindness, wisdom, creativity, flexibility and freedom of personal expression.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteers will participate in the various daily activities of the theatre: making set-scenes, puppets, costumes, stage properties; sound and lighting system setting-up, selecting music for new productions, or creating such; preparing the the theatre to meet the audience. The volunteers will also give ideas, and create and distribute printed, photo and video materials related to the repertoire of the theatre.

Since our theatre is often a host and partner of theatrical, social and cultural events, and we are often a welcome guest of such around the country, volunteers will have the opportunity to show their skills wherever the HAND theatre team works.

Volunteers will be involved in the working process through an informal induction: workshops, role-playing games for nonviolent communication, personal development exercises, improve games, and other interactive activities. They will learn about methods for physical and psychological balance through interactive theatre and improvisational tasks, and modern dance techniques.

Together with the selected volunteers we will organize intercultural exchange. We mutually will enrich and develop our personal and professional knowledge, skills and ideas in the area of performing arts. The volunteers will be encouraged to build stable contacts and relationships with cultural institutions in order to become true ambassadors of their countries and the theatrical performing arts, culture, and traditions.

In our project we will use Youth pass certificate to validate the competences, acquired by the participants during their stay with us.
