Resumo: In this rural area many of our students have a long way to get to school, therefore some of them rent a room/flat in Dale and stay here for the weeksdays and go back to their families at the weekends. It is important for us to take good care of the students who come to Dale to live on their own while they are attending school. Twice a week we have “open school”-evenings where the social teacher and the volunteer make dinner and offer different types of activities to the pupils.

Perfil: Age:17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will be important as a “language partner" at school if he/she is a native speaker of English, German or Spanish which are the languages that are taught at Dale vgs. That means helping the students to improve their oral ability.
The volunteer (if interested) may participate in the sport classes and join ski and other outdoor projects.
The volunteer (if interested) can join a group of pupils with special needs doing several activities.
