Resumo: The host organization is an organisation established by people who are willing to unite their efforts in strengthening the civil society in Bulgaria by participating in the local self-governance and in the process of decision-taking, by influencing the socio-economic development of the country and the region, by supporting disadvantaged groups and people, by developing education and culture, by creating equal opportunities and ethnic integration, by testing and introducing best practices in the above mentioned fields.Among the members of the association there are people with extensive experience in developing and implementing national and international projects financed by diverse programmes.

Perfil: We are looking for young and motivated volunteers from Croatia, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Lithuania and Spain.
If you have good communication skills and skills to work with children and people with disabilities
If you have the ability to work in a team and to be open for intercultural dialogue
If you have diverse creative skills such as dancing, music, crafts, sports and outdoor activities, ecology and environment, arts, creative writing and entrepreneurship
If you are possible to organise your time and tasks and
If you have the motivation to participate in different events organised by us – IIC
If you have fluent English
And last but it should be first – if you have the eager to participate in the project activities and to share your experience and skills to the people that you will interact with

Tarefas: The volunteers will develop creative workshops for children and youngsters from the town and all the 7 villages surrounding the town, being part of the municipality.
The volunteers will work in intercultural team supported by the host organisation. They will be responsible for organising thematic workshops in 7 fields:
- music and dances
- handcrafting
- sports and outdoor activities
- ecology and environment
- arts
- creative writing
- entrepreneurship
