Resumo: One of the most important fields in work with children is to increase their awareness of the fact that they are not alone in the Europe, in the world. That they should be aware of another countries, different cultures and different style of life. We want to increase this sensitivity in our children so they can respect differences and be responsible for the future Europe. That's why it is relevant that children in our kindergarten can be in touch with volunteers from different countries.

Perfil: We search for volunteers that are motivated and willing to dedicate their work for children. We do not expect the volunteers to have lot of previous experience in work with children. From experience we know that motivation is more important than experience in this kind of work. Work in the kindergarten can be demanding - children do not speak foreign languages and they can be time-consuming and demanding group to take care of. We need volunteers that like working with children (from 3 to 6 years old) and who canshow their own initiative and lead some activities.
