Resumo: Volunteer's activities are connected with assisting the assistants of the groups. There is possibility for the volunteer also to create new self initiative activities in the Centre.
Work in the children centre is to promote and stimulate skills like communication (sign language, system of pictogram) and cognition (colour painting, games, music, orientation in time and space), social (behaviour, cooperation) and motor skills (walking, dancing, taking/grabbing), and skills of perception (recognize differences like cold/warm, heavy/light) by sensible methods as most of the children are mentally and/or multiply disabled, some do not even speak.

Perfil: Young Person with creativity, pro-active, friendly and interested in arts. Previous
experience with mentally disabled people is taken in good consideration

Tarefas: Details: working with mentally disable people. Work in day care centre with mentally disable adults and
in children day care with young people in Tallinn. 9 months starting in September 2011 until June 2012

Horário: Monday to Friday
