Resumo: The association aims at ensuring the operational management of the European Youth Capital with equal degree of stakeholder involvement.
The organisation shall stimulate dialogue between civil society, state and municipal institutions and businesses in order to build confidence and promoting democratic values; Furthermore the project works to encourage cooperation between youth organizations and the administration ot local, national, regional and European level.

Perfil: We are looking for a communicative, creative, well organised and proactive persons.They shall be interested in learning new skills and knowhow.
Candidates shall speak English at B2/C1 level. Advantage will be given to people with a university degree diploma and past experience in the field they apply.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Tasks of the volunteers will be divided according to their individual profile and interest. The
tasks offered are as following:

Design and photography
● Handles visual information for the website, Facebook and other social media according to the program for 2017;
● Design advertising material, photographs, posters etc.
● Photo coverage of the activities in the program of 2017 (activities of youth organizations, activities of the association, formal events, etc.).

Logistics, conferences and major events
● Helps meeting, accommodation and organizing international events
● International communication with foreign partners
● Assist the office staff

International communication for the youth festival , supporting the volunteers team, project design:
● Communication with potential international partners and participants in the festival program
● Identification of international sponsors and donors, with European funding programs of the festival activities
● Conducting training modules / trainings for local volunteers. Prepare a program for training and leisure activities that will motivate volunteers
● Participation, coordination and promoting volunteering and leisure activities in support of 2017
