Resumo: The Youth department is the municipal department that develops local youth policies.
We are starting a selection process looking for 4 European volunteers. The deadline is 5 of september 2016.
The aims are:
- To facilitate the social participation of youth in the development of the city.
- To promote the experimentation in youth as a way of non-formal learning.
- To provide quality information to young people to support the design of their courses to adulthood.
- To prevent risks associated with youth behavior.
- To make progress in the quality of programs and services for youth.

Perfil: the selection process will have to comply with the requirements conditions in the ERASMUS + program. The process will be open to any young adult (17-29 years). Next skills will be consider positive for the projects: Knowledge of office software programs, Spanish, English, social and communication skills, active listening skills, focus on aid, knowledge of promoting and animation youth, new technologies, youth information and Youth European Programs, other skills that can be useful for voluntary activities (crafts, desing, music, sports…)
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The European volunteers will support activities in the Youth Area of the City Council of Albacete. Their collaboration will be focusing on tasks related to information and promotion of activities and spaces for youngest. They will participate in the following activities:

PROMOTION AND DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES Erasmus + PROGRAM: information in youth center, high schools, creation radio and audiovisual profucts, blog... TOWER OF BABEL: It is a language exchange club. Volunteers carry out weekly 1 session language exchange, in which they teach and exchange their native language to city youth.

GRAMOPHONE VOLUNTEER:It is a volunteer project with older people, which through young volunteers are workshops and activities with the elderly. The workshops range from computing, social networking, music, crafts ...

OCIOTECA: The project involves leisure activities with, aged between 3 and 15 years. (Craft workshops, Workshops and dynamic games, Evenings of educational games and cooperative).

LEARNING: educational support for children between 3 and 15 years;

SPORTS VOLUNTERING, CULTURAL VOLUNTERING, DYNAMIZATION HALL OF YOUNG CENTER (board games, ping pong tournaments, chess, sports, video games, workshops ...) PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS ORGANIZED BY YOUTH CENTER, ACTIVITIES RELATED WITH YOUTH MOBILITY, YOUTH INFORMATION, YOUNG GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS, VOLUNTEER... DEVELOP OWN PROJECT
