Resumo: The host organization is an international Christian youth organisation.
Our vision is to build bridges of friendship, faith and understanding and break down walls of prejudice, ignorance and indifference between young people from different cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds.
We do this through internships, EVS hosting and sending, youth exchanges, Bridgebuilders clubs, youth research projects, international youth festivals, contact building in schools and with youth groups and other (local/regional) activities.

Perfil: Motivated, takes initiative, flexible, enjoys working with young people, easily make contacts with others, willing to serve, open to the Christian aspect of our organisation and activities.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: We are looking for two youth with more practical abilities related to painting, gardening, caring for guests, cleaning, cooking and running a coffee house. Three youth in the same team are part of the project that involves presentations and building relationships with young people so we would look for initiative takers, naturals at building contact with others, able to make promotional materials, video, photography, writing, administration etc. all abilities related to promotion but even greater is that they are naturals in befriending young people, providing a listening ear and have initiative to dare to go and meet young people in their own comfort zones. Because we are a Christian organization and many of our activities involve youth from churches, we also expect participants to visit church services.
